My latest film, new projects, and let's meet? 🌿 🌊

Hi Reader,

Summer is coming to an end in the Northern Hemisphere, and I’ve been thinking about everything that's happened over the past few months β€” a lot of time around the ocean, a few projects finally coming together, and some new ones starting to take shape.

I thought this would be a good moment to share some of it with you.

Access to my coral restoration film

As you probably already know, last year I spent some time with We Do Ocean, a diving centre and nonprofit on the east coast of Bali working alongside local communities and scientists to restore coral reefs. The result was the short film, From the Mountain to the Sea.

It’s been screening around the world for the past year, and now I’ve decided to make it available for you to watch.

And if the work of We Do Ocean resonates with you, consider supporting their initiative.

Meanwhile, in the editing room...

Two other stories I've been working on are now moving through post-production.

The first comes from my time with Galaxy Cruises in the Galapagos. An extraordinary diving experience that I will not soon forget.

The second is much closer to home.

La Cumbre takes me back to Colombia's tropical dry forest β€” one of the country's most threatened ecosystems. The film follows a community working to reconnect forest fragments while navigating the realities of making a living from the land. In collaboration with Dos Aguas Foundation.

I'm currently finishing the film and beginning to look for distribution and screening partners. If you know an organisation, festival, broadcaster or platform that might connect with the story, I'd love to hear from you. More to come on this project soon.

Meet me on the road

The next few months are taking me back on the road, and I'd love to meet up.

I'll be in Puerto Rico for SMM2026, where I'll be leading a workshop on using strategic storytelling to mobilize resources for conservation.

Later, I'll be heading to CBD COP17, where I'll be working around biodiversity, conservation technology and, inevitably, telling a lot of stories about nature.

If you'll be at either, send me a note. It would be great to meet.
